Remark :

If one of the earbuds has no sound output, put both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, then put them back again. If the problem still exists, follow the steps to clear the previous pairing list to reset

Steps to clear pairing list

Start with the headphones in the case:

1. Simultaneously touch and hold the touch panels of both headphones for 10 seconds. The LED status indicators on both earbuds alternately flash red and white three times and the pairing list will be cleared

2. Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They will turn on, connect to each other and enter pairing mode.

Make sure this fits by entering your model number.
